Michiru and Izumi complained about the smooth completion of the scenario by Tomoya. Tomoya explained that the quick completion is for the sake of the musical and graphic production, but Michiru and Izumi stressed that he should attach more importance to the boy-girl dialogues. Megumi also joined the criticism on Tomoya later. Finally, the girls accepted the apology of Tomoya.
Chapter 1[]
The new semaster started. Eriri complained to Tomoya about the tight schedule and strict standards of the development of Field Chronicle. Also, Eriri was annoyed by the tough requirements of Utaha, who was motivated by Tomoya. While talking about Utaha with Megumi, Tomoya came across Iori, who was ignored by Megumi again. During their talk, Iori was pushing Tomoya for the scenario of Meguri. Megumi stood on Tomoya's side, argueing with Iori. Iori expected the scenario of MC to be done by the end of November, since it should be much better than the outstanding scenario of other characters, which shocked Tomoya and Megumi. Tomoya accepted the challenge and declared to finish the scenario by the end of September.
Chapter 2[]
Tomoya was preparing for the scenario writing. Izumi, who was working almost overnight on the graphics, came in, told Tomoya that she had been heavily inspired and nervously showed her painting to Tomoya: a humongous painting of naked Eriri, illustrating an erotic plot of Eriri route. Tomoya was amazed by the quality of the painting. After that, Tomoya and Izumi, who were much excited, talked about the schedule of the graphics. As a result, unsurprisingly, Tomoya made no progress on the scenario.
Chapter 3[]
After the overnight discussion with Izumi, Tomoya was sleepy and went on the bed. Jumped up from the bed shocked, Tomoya realized that Michiru was also on his bed. Michiru also woke up, wearing the clothes in an charming way. Michiru composed a new song and asked Tomoya to listen to it, predicting that Tomoya will cry hard on her chest after listening to her new song. Tomoya praised the song a lot, but didn't cry by the end of Michiru playing it. Michiru was not satisfied and took out a USB stick containing the game. To Tomoya's surprise, the game started from the Utaha route, which was the deprecated first draft of Tomoya. During his play, Tomoya was moved by the encouragement of Utaha, along with the song by Michiru, and eventually cried. Different from the thought of Michiru, Tomoya realized the assistance of Megumi in this game and calmed down.
Chapter 4[]
Tomoya complained that Megumi used his deprecated scenario. Back home, he was still unable to make any progress on Meguri route. Trying to get inspiration from Megumi, on his attempt to send messages to Megumi, he found that Megumi has sent him messages. She wanted to apologize and explain her idea. She said that she would accept Tomoya's decision to deprecate the draft, but really appreciated the draft a lot, and assisted Michiru just because she wants to make a great game. During their talk, Megumi expressed much of her emotion to Tomoya. Their relationship tightened over the talk.
Chapter 5[]
Still, Tomoya was unable to make progress on Megumi route. He turned to Iori for suggestions. However, Iori could not help. In the talk, Tomoya realized working on himself cannot be as smooth as collabrating with Utaha. After their talk, Tomoya was still stuck, writing scenarios and deleting them. The scenario he was going to write was the more important part of Meguri route, which made Tomoya more paralyzed. He called Akane at the end.
Chapter 6[]
Tomoya called Akane, telling her he had stuck on the scenario of the Meguri route. Akane actively asked for the details, which surprised Tomoya. Akane said that his problem was that he had thought of too much possibilities to just make use of one. Also, Akane gave Tomoya several suggestions.
Chapter 7[]
Tomoya called Megumi at one o'clock, telling her that he had a great idea and asked for her assistance. He wanted Megumi to review his scenario and make choices on behalf of the main heroine. Megumi was angry that Tomoya asked for the help of Akane, but then set out to help Tomoya review his scenario. They argued a lot during the review. They talked so long that Megumi's phone has gone out of charge. Megumi, instead of ending the overnight talk, asked to find a charger and continue talking, full of energy. They talked till the morning. At the end of this talk, Megumi confessed her ideal type of boy. Over the talk, Tomoya and Megumi had deeper feeling about each other. Finally, Megumi accepted the video chat from Tomoya with ambiguity. Tomoya was soon attracted by the appearance of Megumi, and was then inspired. Megumi asked to watch Tomoya writing the scenario through video.
Chapter 8[]
Megumi was cold to Tomoya at school. She didn't want to be together with Tomoya at school in order to avoid misunderstanding of "that girl". During their meeting after school, Megumi read the scenario by Tomoya, and felt shy about it. Tomoya, once again, asked Megumi to help with his writing overnight, and Megumi, once again, accepted with ambiguity. In the next day, Tomoya and Megumi practiced to held each other's hands like lovers. In the second next day, they came to the kiss part. Though the screen, Tomoya and Megumi practiced the scenario of kissing, deeply sunk into the feelings of the game characters. During this, Megumi expressed her deep desire that Tomoya should be by her side, and then suddenly cut out the video chat connection.
Epilogue 1[]
While Tomoya argued that the story should contain rises and falls, Megumi hoped that the story will be calm and happy. Megumi found herself going too far, and asked for a pause of the reviewing work. As the birthday of Megumi approaching, Tomoya hoped to have a date with Megumi as the celebration. Megumi accepted the plan ambiguously.
Epilogue 2[]
Up and downs - which Megumi didn't want - finally came to her life. Tomoya cancelled the date with Megumi for something important.
